Broken Yet Beautifully Made, LLC is a service to learn the importance of our mental health and self-care.  As your life coach, my mission is to make a difference by empowering, inspiring, encouraging, and building you up from the inside to the outside from your beauty within by providing a program that caters to your needs of the mind, body, and soul.  Broken Yet Beautifully Made was created due to my own personal experience in dealing with depression. Without God, my mother, my life coach, and my sister's circle of friends, I would not have made it. Through the storm of depression, God gave me the vision to start a mental health service/program that catered to women and their mental health.  As women we take on so much in our daily lives with being a mother, wife, having a career/job, being a caregiver, etc. that we don't have or take time for us. Here not only will there be encouragement, but I will give coaching sessions, daily affirmations, and tips on self-care, tips on mental health, and much more!!!!
